You must be the parent or legal guardian of the goalie whose profile you create, and old enough in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement. Goalies do not create their own accounts. A parent or guardian may create and manage view-only subaccounts for their goalie or family members, choosing which goalie reports and clips each subaccount can access.
A new account's first game receives the complete Core experience without a card. After that, Free includes one game per month, unlimited practices, goalie profiles, reports, clips, and sharing. Core is CA$15/month or CA$150/year and adds unlimited games, full season analysis, and compilation video. Plans and pricing may change; you'll be notified before any change affecting your billing.
You may create an expiring link for a goalie coach your family already knows. You choose the clips the link includes and can turn it off at any time. Goalie Vision does not provide, verify, recommend, match, employ, or accept payment for goalie coaches. Any feedback is the coach's own and should be evaluated by the parent or guardian.
You own the video and data you upload. You grant us the license needed to store, process, and display it back to you in order to provide the service.
You may purchase full-game shot tagging for CA$15 per game, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout. The 12-hour completion period begins when payment is confirmed and all parts of the game video are fully available to Goalie Vision. Completion means the tagged game report has been submitted and is available in your account.
By purchasing this service, you expressly authorize an approved Goalie Vision human reviewer to view that game video solely to identify and tag shots and create the report, and you confirm that you have authority to provide the recording for this purpose. Reviewer access is limited to the assigned game and is revoked after submission or cancellation.
If we miss the 12-hour completion deadline, we will automatically issue a full refund and will still complete the report. If the supplied video cannot reasonably be tagged - for example, because it is corrupt, incomplete, or the play cannot be seen - we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to display a refund.
Shot identification and categorization involve human judgment. If you believe the delivered report contains a tagging mistake, contact us so we can review and correct it.
Don't upload video of anyone who hasn't consented to being recorded, and don't use the service for anything illegal or for harassment.
You can cancel a Core subscription at any time; it remains active through the end of the current billing period. You can export data or submit a password-confirmed deletion request from Account settings. Deletion requests have a seven-day safety window.
The service, including any stats, experimental shot-difficulty estimates, or possible coaching focuses it generates, is provided as-is and is not a substitute for a qualified coach's judgment. Next-shot results do not measure mental resilience or another psychological trait.
